Your Responsibilities:
- SAP Operations Management: Ensure the smooth and high-performance operation of the SAP Basis environment.
- Maintenance & Releases: Plan and support maintenance tasks and release updates.
- Issue Resolution & Optimization: Troubleshoot issues, conduct performance analyses, and implement optimization measures.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance SAP operations processes in an on-premise environment, driving the evolution of the SAP system landscape.
- Service Management: Take responsibility for services like Single Sign-On (SSO) and job management, optimizing them as needed.
- Consulting & Project Support: Advise specialist departments and support IT projects involving SAP technologies and connected non-SAP systems.
- Future-Focused Collaboration: Contribute to strategic initiatives, such as S/4 migration and SAP Fiori implementation.
- Vendor Coordination: Oversee the Managed Service Provider to ensure SLA-compliant service delivery.
Your Profile:
- Education & Qualifications: You have a degree in (business) informatics or completed vocational training in the IT sector.
- Professional Experience: You bring relevant work experience, a strong sense of quality, and enjoy collaborating in team environments.
