At its German headquarters, the company designs and produces heat sinks, enclosures, and connectors for a wide range of applications.
The Role
As Application Supervisor SAP, you will serve as a key internal contact, supporting business departments and users with SAP-related applications and process optimizations.
Your Responsibilities

Support internal teams with application-related queries and improvements in the SAP environment.

Oversee SAP adaptations and project implementation in collaboration with an external SAP partner—from gathering requirements to go-live.

Manage SAP-related administration: user accounts, authorizations, license control, transport processes, interface handling, and variant configuration.

Maintain and develop forms (SAPScript, SmartForms) and support data evaluation and bulk data changes.

Deliver first and second-level support to SAP users and key users.

Develop and maintain system documentation; serve as an internal knowledge resource.

Optionally manage additional SAP-integrated business applications.
Your Profile

Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, ideally as a key user, power user, or application administrator.

Familiarity with ABAP, tables, form development (SmartForms, SAPScript), SAPQuery, and authorization handling is beneficial.

Strong analytical mindset with a service-oriented approach and clear communication style.

Comfortable working across departments with a structured, pragmatic mindset.

Proficient in German, with basic English and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Understanding of operational processes in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
