SAP Analytics Cloud Consultant

About the Role

Join an international organisation’s Data & Analytics team and play a key role in developing its global reporting and planning landscape.

You’ll work in a modern SAP analytics environment with technologies including SAP Analytics Cloud, BW/4HANA and S/4HANA, while contributing to future-focused initiatives around data platforms, cloud analytics and AI. The role offers significant scope for ownership, innovation and technical development.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) stories, including Optimized Story Experience, scripting and custom widgets.
• Develop integrated planning applications using Data Actions, Advanced Formulas, Multi Actions and Workflows.
• Support the replacement of existing BW-IP planning solutions, including write-back to SAP S/4HANA.
• Model and optimise the underlying data architecture using BW Queries, CompositeProviders, ADSOs and HANA Calculation Views.
• Administer SAC, including authorisations, transports and international user support.
• Contribute to BW/4HANA migration projects and the development of the wider data platform strategy, including SAP Datasphere / Business Data Cloud.
• Explore and support the implementation of new AI use cases within the analytics environment.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable qualification, combined with relevant professional experience in SAP BI.
• Several years of international project experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning & Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BW on HANA or BW/4HANA.
• Knowledge of BW-IP, SAP Datasphere, ABAP, Python or Databricks is advantageous.
• Good SQL skills and confident working with multidimensional data models.
• Understanding of business processes in Controlling, Sales or Production.
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach.
• Very good German and good English skills.
