Salesforce Operation Expert

Energize is searching for a Salesforce Operation Expert in Barcelona, Spain on behalf of a major IT service provider.

The details of this contract role are below:

Your Required Core Technical Skills

• Advanced Flow Builder: building complex, multi-step automations, including loops, collections, and fault paths, to replace legacy code.

• Data Architecture: designing custom objects, schema relationships, and managing large-scale data migrations.

• Technical Security: configuring advanced sharing models using Permission Set Groups, Restriction Rules, and Role Hierarchies.

• Analytics & BI: building complex cross-filter reports and dynamic dashboards.

• Strong knowledge and experience with Conga.

Bridge Skills (Code-Adjacent)

• Apex Literacy: ability to read and debug Apex triggers and classes, with a solid understanding of Governor Limits.

• SOQL/SOSL: ability to write and execute database queries using Developer Console, Data Loader, or similar tools.

• API & Integrations: experience connecting Salesforce with external systems using Named Credentials and External Services.

• DevOps: experience managing the software lifecycle through Sandboxes, Change Sets, GitHub, Copado, or similar tools.

Strategic Skills

• Business Analysis: translating stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.

• Governance: minimizing technical debt and maintaining platform documentation.

• Troubleshooting: expert-level debugging of automation errors, system issues, and performance bottlenecks.
