About the role:
In the position of Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for placing senior Tech professionals into some of the most prestigious clients. This is a highly rewarding role and is fully focused on providing great service to our clients, helping to build out their teams. You will be working on a mixture of contingency and retained projects with a constant flow of job roles.
- Active & Passive candidate generation through a variety of techniques including headhunting, networking, use of social media & job boards.
- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process
- Extracting key market information from all available sources including candidates, clients, social media, websites & news platforms
- Effectively managing counter offers & ensuring best practice to minimize risk of lost business
- Identifying Prospective Clients & the correct Decision Maker responsible within the organization
- Winning new business from prospective clients in a dedicated vertical market &/or geographical location using a variety of strategies including candidate marketing, chasing leads & targeting client competitors.
- Negotiation of terms of business
- Building client relationships
- Marketing activities including advertising, blogging, email, social posting, content creation
- Effective & strategic account management including conducting successful client meetings
