About the Opportunity
We\'re partnering with an innovative robotics company developing intelligent robotic systems designed to operate safely and effectively alongside people in real-world environments.
As the Senior Product Manager for Human-Robot Interaction (HRI), you\'ll own the strategy and execution for the user experience across both software and hardware. You\'ll work at the intersection of robotics, AI, UX, and product, shaping how people interact with advanced robotic systems while collaborating closely with engineering, design, and research teams.
What You\'ll Be Doing
- Define and own the product roadmap for Human-Robot Interaction features.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value.
- Work closely with robotics software, hardware, UX, and research teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Help shape multimodal interactions including visual interfaces, conversational experiences, robot behaviors, and communication systems.
- Drive product requirements from concept through launch.
- Translate customer feedback, user research, and product analytics into actionable product strategy.
- Partner with design and engineering teams to improve usability, safety, and overall customer experience.
- Support go-to-market initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to accelerate product adoption.
What We\'re Looking For
- 7+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience building products involving robotics, AI, autonomous systems, or complex hardware/software platforms.
- Strong understanding of user experience and interactive product design.
- Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and commercial priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with experience working across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
- Data-driven approach to product decisions.
Nice to Have
- Experience with autonomous robots or autonomous vehicles.
- Background working with simulation environments.
- Experience designing products for both operators and developers.
- Familiarity with industrial robotics environments.
- Knowledge of robotics safety standards and human-machine interaction principles.
