As a SAP Project Manager, you will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and quality objectives. You\'ll lead a team of talented consultants and developers, manage client relationships, and play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation.

Beyond project delivery, you will act as the central figure in internal processes such as resource allocation, risk management, budget oversight, invoicing, and capitalization.

Their Project Management Office (PMO) operates at the European level, directly linked to the COO. This centralized hub provides the resources, processes, and tools to empower you to excel in delivering impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP projects from initiation to implementation and handover.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Negotiate and manage contractual changes as needed.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
-Report project progress to clients and company leadership.

What they\'re Looking For:

- Strong project management experience, preferably with SAP projects.
- Proven experience managing customer relationships, project teams, and financial results.
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMI) is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP architectures (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, RISE, Public Cloud).
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
