???? Freelance Opportunity – ERP Programme Director (Oracle Fusion Cloud Migration) ????
Energize is supporting a transportation client on a strategic international ERP migration programme to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
We are looking to identify a highly experienced ERP Programme Director to lead this complex, high-profile transformation.
Key Requirements:
• Proven track record leading multiple Oracle ERP transformations (at least two reference projects) – ideally including Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle 12.
• Strong international programme delivery experience across multiple entities/countries.
• Deep understanding of Finance functions & processes: accounting (multi-GAAP), procurement, internal controls, change management.
• Previous operational Finance background (e.g. former Finance professional) highly desirable.
• Able to provide verifiable client references for similar projects.
• Fluent in English and French.
Context & Mission:
• Estimated duration: 2 years.
• ???? Expected start: October – December 2025 (Flexible to start when you are)
• ???? Location: Paris, London, or Brussels…. Mainly remote
