(Senior) Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 

Your exciting tasks

• As a consultant (depending on your experience, also a senior

consultant) for Microsoft Dynamics 365, you are responsible for the technical and professional development in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment for our customers

• Support, further development of in-house developments 

• You create sales training documents, 

•  Help customers build the optimal infrastructure in Microsoft Dynamics 365

• You configure and support CRM/ERP systems 

• You support and maintain configured automations using Power Automate

What we need from you@

• Extensive experience understanding customer service application in relation to the Dynamics 365 application suite

• Strong communication skills, quality awareness, resilience, knowledge transfer, time management and solution-oriented learning

• Good CRM knowledge in at least 2 Microsoft Dynamics modules, preferably in Dynamics Sales & Project Service Automation/Project Operation
