(Senior) Consultant Microsoft 365 Collaboration overview 

Your exciting tasks

• As a consultant (depending on your experience, also a senior

consultant) for Microsoft 365 Collaboration, you will advise our customers with the aim of supporting their collaboration with Microsoft 365 in the best possible way

• You identify our customers' requirements, give them an overview of what is possible with SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and other M365 tools and develop tailor-made solutions

• As the first contact person for our customers, you impress with high technical, methodological and social skills and implement

great customer solutions - and you don't shy away from fixing OneDrive synchronization problems for end users

• You advise our customers both on site and remotely, use our team to help customers with related topics and support internally in the preparation of offers and calculations

What we expect from you:

• The Microsoft 365 services SharePoint Online, Teams and

• Thanks to solid basic knowledge of the adjacent M365 services (Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Groups, Exchange Online, etc.) you also understand the connections

• Basic knowledge of the on-premises world (SharePoint Server, Active Directory)

• Your communication is open and appreciative and your emails, documents and Power Points do not need any corrections because you know how to use the spell checker

• You have very good knowledge of German and at least good knowledge of English
