The Opportunity

We\'re supporting a large, international organisation on the search for a SharePoint Consultant / Solution Architect to join its growing Digital Workplace team.

This role offers the opportunity to drive collaboration and process transformation across the business through the effective use of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver modern workplace solutions that improve efficiency, information management, and user experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining business consulting, solution design, and Microsoft technology expertise within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
• Design and deliver solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and optimise SharePoint sites, intranets, document management systems, and collaboration platforms.
• Develop automated workflows and business applications using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Define and maintain information architecture, governance standards, and best practices.
• Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Deliver workshops, training sessions, and user enablement activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor for collaboration, communication, and automation initiatives.
• Support adoption of Microsoft 365 technologies across the organisation.

Requirements

• Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and/or the Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • SharePoint Online
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft 365 Services
• Experience defining information architecture and governance frameworks.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and convert business requirements into practical solutions.
• Workshop facilitation and consulting experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance principles.
• Experience with AI-powered Microsoft technologies such as Copilot or AI Builder is advantageous.
