This is what awaits you

• Do you have in-depth knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365, the modern workplace and current cloud technologies?
• Ideally, in addition to cloud technologies, you also have good active or historical knowledge of traditional IT
• Experience with GDPR, governance, risk and compliance for enterprise IT environments is available
• Your profile rounds off the basic understanding of strategies, organizational transformation and change management
• You also enjoy consulting and working with changing customers and locations
• You want to keep up with the times technologically and organizationally and be part of a great team
• Your mindset is agnostic and allows you to generate and use new or unorthodox knowledge when necessary
• When researching and training, you also like to access academic or non-technical concepts and adapt them to possible customer requirements

This is what sets you apart

• You are a professional with at least 7 years of relevant experience in the IT sector
• You have in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 service and all required tools and products
• You have strong analytical and decision-making skills
• You work independently, are a team player and have strong communication skills
• You want to be a trusted advisor for our customers and have the courage to challenge them
• Ideally, you have experience from modern workplace projects in the private and public sectors
• You enjoy the new and further development of complex customer environments
• You feel confident in creating detailed concept documentation and can present it safely and in front of an unknown audience (online and in person).
• You ensure that knowledge and experience are passed on in an appropriate manner (e.g. as a trainer, mentor and sponsor)
• You find it easy to communicate even difficult decisions and to enforce and defend them in front of the customer, even in the face of resistance
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
