I’m currently working on an IT Consultant Security & Compliance position with a boutique Microsoft consultancy in Germany.
The company is a highly specialised Microsoft partner with a strong reputation for delivering modern workplace, cloud security, and compliance-focused solutions for enterprise customers across Germany. They work closely with a stable and long-standing customer base and are particularly strong within Microsoft Security, Compliance, Azure, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical consulting with security strategy, customer interaction, and modern Microsoft technologies. You would work on projects focused around Zero Trust, Compliance, Identity, and cloud security within the Microsoft ecosystem.

About the Job:
• Advise customers on Microsoft Security and Compliance solutions within Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Design and implement Zero Trust and security governance concepts
• Support customers with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and security best practices
• Conduct workshops, security assessments, and technical consulting sessions
• Help customers modernise and secure their cloud environments
• Work closely with internal technical teams and customer stakeholders
• Stay up to date with Microsoft security trends and emerging technologies
