Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business teams to align with operational processes
- Analyse current logistics solutions, including scope and integrations
- Conduct GAP analysis against target operating models
- Lead workshops to capture, challenge, and model processes
- Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements
- Produce BRDs, functional specifications, and process documentation
- Ensure requirements are reviewed and signed off by stakeholders
- Act as a key link between business and delivery teams
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and open issues
