Junior SAP FI/CO Consultant - Energy Sector (m/f/d)

Our client are a global leading Energy company based in Frankfurt. They are a multi-billion € organization and currently employ over 100.000 employees worldwide in more than 120 countries.

With 3 major M&As taking place this year, they have huge growth in their SAP Finance team. They are actively seeking an Inhouse Junior SAP FI/CO Consultant to join their Frankfurt team. You will support large-scale S/4HANA integration projects and help with their continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior SAP FI/CO Consultant, you will:

• Support the implementation, optimisation, and further development of SAP FI/CO processes

• Assist in analysing business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions

• Participate in customizing tasks under guidance from senior consultants

• Help with testing, documentation, and user support

• Contribute to ongoing S/4HANA transformation initiatives

• Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders and IT colleagues

This role is ideal for someone with foundational SAP FI/CO knowledge who wants to develop into a full consultant.

Your Profile

You are a great fit if you bring:

• First experience or academic exposure to SAP FI/CO (internships, working student roles, training, or certification)

• Basic understanding of financial processes (e.g., GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, controlling)

• Motivation to learn SAP customizing and deepen your module expertise

• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to take ownership

• Good communication skills in German (B2+) and English
