IT Specialist (M365/Entra ID/ Intune)

A leading company in the retail and services sector is seeking an IT Specialist M365 (m/f/d) to join its central IT team.

Responsibilities

• Work within a large Microsoft 365 environment, focusing on its ongoing development and optimization.
• Design, implement, and manage a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Contribute to the development of PKI services, certification authority (CA) structures, certificate deployment interfaces, and certificate profiles.
• Continuously improve CA and certificate lifecycle processes.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems.
• Collaborate regularly with internal IT teams and external service providers.
• Provide consulting and support to affiliated national organizations.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent vocational training.
• Several years of professional experience in IT, particularly in PKI, IT security, and Microsoft environments.
• Strong expertise in PKI architecture and operations, and in managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Entra ID).
• Excellent communication skills, independence, customer orientation, confidence, and teamwork.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
