We are partnered with a Global leader in Industrial and Domestic Cleaning products based in Stuttgart. They are now looking for a Global IT Program Manager (Digital Workplace and Collaboration) to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- In this exciting international focused position, you will work with development and project teams, specialist departments, foreign subsidiaries, and other partners to shape the strategic development of the Digital Workplace IT program.
- You will provide the decisive impetus for IT innovations and be the first point of contact for IT topics relating to Google Workspace, Atlassian products, Cisco telephony, Active Directory, Intune/SCCM.
- You will evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives together with the specialist departments and our foreign subsidiaries and develop an inspiring program roadmap.
- Together with team leads and product owners, you will plan the required resources and assume budget responsibility to successfully implement the projects.
- You will communicate the concepts and project progress consistently to departments, committees, and foreign subsidiaries to get the entire team on board.
Key Skills Required:
- A successfully completed commercial degree (e.g., business administration, economics, business informatics) or a comparable qualification.
- Relevant knowledge of collaboration and mobility solutions, setup and operation of on-premises and cloud-hosted IT infrastructures, as well as in the area of remote desktop services and client operating systems.
- Knowledge and experience in agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Competencies and experience in stakeholder management and strategic planning.
- High communication skills in English to operate at an international level, as well as good German language skills.
- A confident demeanor and an agile, strategic mindset coupled with the will to move things forward and “make a difference”.
