IT/ERP Project Manager

We are partnering with an international manufacturing organisation that is investing heavily in its global IT landscape and digital transformation initiatives. To support a growing portfolio of strategic projects, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives and drive successful project delivery across the business.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects from initiation through to successful delivery and handover.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and key business stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and project status meetings.
• Support change management and user adoption activities throughout project lifecycles.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management standards, tools, and processes.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience managing IT projects within complex business environments.
• Proven track record of delivering technology, transformation, ERP, infrastructure, cloud, or application projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum, SAFe, or similar) is advantageous.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
