As an SAP FICO Consultant you will play a pivotal role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA projects while helping our internal teams drive business transformation.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

S/4HANA Implementation: Lead or contribute to full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, from blueprinting and design to go-live and post-go-live support.
Finance Process Optimization: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze and streamline financial and controlling processes, leveraging SAP solutions to deliver value.
Configuration & Customization: Configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA) to meet business requirements, ensuring best practices are followed.
Cross-Module Collaboration: Work closely with other SAP teams (SD, MM, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and alignment of financial processes with the overall system.
User Support and Training: Provide expert support and training to end-users to ensure efficient system usage and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system improvements and drive initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
Reporting and Analytics: Design and develop financial reports and dashboards to support decision-making using SAP tools and analytics.

Your knowledge and experience:

- Proven expertise in SAP FICO, ideally with experience in S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
- Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes, SAP FICO configuration, and integration points with other SAP modules.
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
- A drive to stay at the cutting edge of SAP technology and continuous professional development.
