Inhouse SAP Logistics Process & Project Manager

EnergizeSAP is partnered with one of Germany’s leading electrical and IT companies. With over 75 locations in Germany and employing over 1,500 people, they play a critical role in supporting customers across the country. 

With the recent significant investment in digital transformation, and the upcoming S/4HANA transformation project, they are currently searching for a new SAP Process Consultant/Project Manager.

Tasks

You will operate at the intersection of logistics, sales, and SAP. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, you will take ownership of both process design and project management within the S/4HANA programme.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end project management activities within SAP-related initiatives

• Acting as the key interface between business departments and IT

• Driving process analysis, design, and optimisation across logistics (SD) or finance domains

• Supporting the ongoing S/4HANA transformation programme

• Preparing and presenting updates to steering committees and senior stakeholders

• Coordinating and managing external service providers and implementation partners

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals

• Bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a complex transformation environment

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in SAP process consulting / project management

• Strong understanding of SD/MM

• Experience in an S/4HANA transformation project

• Ability to manage projects and coordinate stakeholders

• Experience working between business and IT environments

• Languages: Fluent German
