To strengthen our global HR & IT landscape, we are seeking a highly motivated Oracle HCM IT Manager to drive our HR system strategy and ensure seamless processes across the organization.
Your Responsibilities

Serve as the global lead and internal subject-matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud.

Own the end-to-end management of HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, and Payroll integrations.

Work closely with HR leadership to translate business needs into functional and technical system solutions.

Manage system enhancements, configuration, upgrades, and integrations to other enterprise applications.

Lead or support global rollout projects, process harmonization initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Oversee external service providers and coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure system stability and data integrity.

Create documentation, ensure compliance with GDPR and internal security standards, and establish best practices.

Provide guidance, support, and training to HR key users and system admins across global locations.
Your Profile

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Human Resources Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.

Several years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (implementation, configuration, and support).

Solid understanding of international HR processes such as employee lifecycle, talent management, time & absence, and performance management.

Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional or global IT/HR projects.

Experience working in international organizations, ideally manufacturing or industrial environments.

Excellent communication skills, strategic mindset, and the ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels.

Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
