Implementation of ALM and GRC

Implementation started in October, concept done.

1 project mnager, one consultant lead, 2 years for ALM and 2 GRC. They have the senior SLM and junior GRC.

Mid-size – manufacturing – Near Munich

Initially 9 months, probably can grow, contract is for 8-9 months

1 trip 2-3 days in Germany – all covered

Normal time

ALM -> Junior – rate 320€ is max, someone very good 380€ -> capable than years of experience (ALM is new solution manager, application lifecycle management, one for imnplementation, and the other one for operations, have a based already for the client, they need ALM capabilities and implemented these modules for implementation and operations)

GRC -> Senior -> higher rate, he can do 320€ and max 420€ max -> 7-8 years (in private cloud, no so much difference, matrix, FIORI is important for the apps in GRC)

Lanscape is already S4 HANA in BTP

1 idea – interviewing people from Brazil and sponsor the visa

Project starts in October!!!

Because of the time, preference is freelance!

Team – 6 people in total, 1 project manager, 1 technical lead, 2 GRC 2 ALM). Lucas is the manager for all this.

He tried with other companies and both of them were fighting to get more money – no contract.

Interviewing process: HR with Lucas and then approval from partner. Intro to client but all confirmed before then.

1 GRC in Greece… so not ideal…

2 ALM juniors in Brazil… not ideal neither
