Global Sales Systems Business Analyst (CRM)
Energy sector | Germany | Flexible remote working
An international energy company is looking for a Business Analyst to help shape and roll out a new CRM solution across its global sales and after sales teams. The business is broadening its energy solutions portfolio, creating an opportunity to improve how it manages customers, sales opportunities and complex projects.
You will join the Global Sales function and work closely with regional users, IT and external implementation partners. The programme is currently gathering requirements, so you will have a real say in how the future processes and system take shape.
Your responsibilities
- Gather and prioritise requirements from Sales, After Sales and teams including Project Management, Service and Logistics.
- Run workshops with stakeholders across different countries, mapping current processes and identifying improvements.
- Turn business needs into clear requirements and practical solution concepts for IT and implementation partners.
- Help decide what belongs in the first release and where standard system functionality can meet business needs.
- Support the CRM implementation and international roll-out, including issue resolution and user adoption.
- Deliver training and create clear guidance for users in German and English.
Your profile
- Experience as a Business Analyst, CRM specialist or in a similar role involving business processes and system implementation.
- A strong understanding of sales processes, ideally within a business that sells complex, project-based solutions.
- Experience with SAP CRM or SAP Sales Cloud would be valuable. Experience with another modern CRM platform is also welcome.
- Confidence working with business users, technical teams and external partners across an international organisation.
- Fluent German and English, with the ability to train and support users in both languages.
- Willingness to travel for workshops and roll-outs, primarily within Germany and Europe.
