Senior SAP Payroll Consultant (Belgium)
I\'m supporting a leading international HR technology consultancy as they continue expanding their Benelux practice following success in a major multi-country SAP Payroll programme.
This is an opportunity to become one of the first payroll specialists supporting the growth of their Belgian delivery capability, working on an international implementation covering multiple countries across Europe, North America and Asia.
Rather than simply configuring payroll, you\'ll play an important role in helping deliver modern, AI-enabled payroll implementations while working alongside experienced payroll and HR specialists.
Your focus
• Deliver SAP Payroll implementations for Belgian customers
• Lead workshops covering payroll processes and legislative requirements
• Translate business requirements into scalable payroll solutions
• Advise on end-to-end payroll processes, including post-payroll activities
• Work closely with HR, payroll and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Utilise AI-enabled implementation tools to accelerate configuration while validating quality and ensuring compliance
We\'re looking for someone who has
• Multiple end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation projects in Belgium
• Strong understanding of Belgian payroll legislation and compliance
• Strong understanding of the wider payroll ecosystem, including payroll inputs, taxation, benefits, social secretariat, post-payroll processes and how time & attendance feeds payroll.
• A consultative approach with strong stakeholder management skills
• An interest in modern delivery approaches, automation and AI-enabled implementation tools
Contract details
• Initial freelance contract
• Long-term international programme
• Start expected later this year
• Belgium-focused implementation with additional international exposure
• Remote/onsite requirements currently being finalised
• English required, with either Dutch/Flemish or French highly desirable
