Role Overview:
As an ERP / SAP Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will collaborate closely with pre-sales consultants, delivery teams, and marketing to position ERP and SAP-based solutions that address client needs and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow ERP/SAP business in Belgium

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and targeted outreach

Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure

Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders across target industries

Collaborate with pre-sales and technical consultants to tailor proposals and demonstrate solution value

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP products (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud) and ERP trends

Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs in the CRM system

Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and SAP ecosystem forums
Your Profile:

Proven track record in B2B sales of ERP or SAP solutions

5+ years of experience in software or technology sales, ideally with a focus on SAP
-
Strong understanding of the ERP/SAP landscape, licensing models, and implementation cycles

Ability to engage at both business and technical levels, with excellent consultative selling skills

Fluent in English; fluency in Dutch and/or French is highly desirable

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach

Able to travel across Belgium as required for client engagements
