The Opportunity

A leading international organisation is seeking an AI & Automation Solution Architect to drive the adoption of AI, automation, and modern workplace technologies across the business.

Working closely with stakeholders, you\'ll design scalable solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI-driven technologies, helping transform business processes and deliver real operational value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI and automation solutions from concept to deployment.
• Advise business stakeholders on AI and process automation opportunities.
• Define architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate new ideas.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on solution delivery.
• Support enterprise-wide adoption of AI and automation technologies.
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot knowledge.
• Experience designing scalable automation and digital workplace solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Understanding of governance, security, and compliance principles.
• Fluent German and strong English skills.
