Your Tasks:

· As a Microsoft 365 Architect (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the technical leadership and project management for the implementation of innovative Microsoft technologies.

· Together with the team, you will integrate these into the existing IT system landscape and actively contribute to further development.

· You will optimize our existing cloud solutions and be involved in the setup and support of central Identity and Access Management and Privileged Identity and Access Management (PIM/PAM).

· You will regularly communicate with our internal IT teams and external service providers.

· Additionally, advising and supporting the Group national companies in the M365 context will also be part of your responsibilities.

Your Profile:

· Successfully completed degree with an IT focus (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science) or a comparable qualification in the IT field.

· Several years of professional experience in the IT environment and in the setup and administration of on-premise Active Directories and Microsoft Entra ID.

· Extensive knowledge in planning and executing identity migrations to the cloud, as well as practical experience with modern authentication standards (SAML 2.0, OAuth2, OIDC).

· Broad knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and solid experience with cloud architectures in hybrid migration projects.

· Understanding of IAM concepts in complex, international environments, including knowledge in process development and optimization around identity topics and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

· Strong communication skills, independence, customer orientation, confident demeanor, and team spirit.

· Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
