Role Overview
One of our clients is seeking a senior technology leader to serve as CIO, overseeing strategy, operations, and technical execution. This role requires someone who can bridge business and technology, standardize processes, manage teams, and ensure operational and financial accountability across internal and outsourced resources.
Key Responsibilities

Lead technology operations, reporting, and resource allocation across departments (Marketing, Sales, Fulfillment, Finance).

Drive cloud and enterprise system strategy (AWS, Azure, ERP, CRM, data analytics).

Standardize processes, implement governance, and optimize operational efficiency.

Manage internal teams, outsourced partners, and third-party vendors.

Provide strategic oversight while maintaining attention to detail and hands-on technical guidance as needed.

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a CIO, VP of Technology, or senior IT leader.

Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS & Azure) and enterprise tech stacks (.NET, Node).

Experience with digital transformation, modernization, and operational optimization.

Strong business acumen and ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.

Comfortable taking ownership, accepting critical feedback, and leading with influence.
Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
