Senior SAP Process Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior SAP Process Manager to join our client's team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and lead the optimization of business processes for a renowned company in the cleaning industry.

Position Overview:

As a Senior SAP Process Manager, you will be responsible for driving the optimization of business processes through the effective utilization of SAP solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, you will identify opportunities for process improvement, design innovative solutions, and lead the implementation of SAP-enabled business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement initiatives across the organization, focusing on areas such as sales, procurement, production, and finance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and pain points.
• Analyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process redesign and automation opportunities.
• Design and implement SAP-enabled business processes, leveraging SAP modules and functionalities to streamline operations and drive business value.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Develop process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with SAP innovations, industry trends, and best practices to drive process excellence and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Process Manager or similar role, with expertise in business process analysis and optimization.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points, with experience in SAP implementation projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
• Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
