Senior SAP FICO Consultant

As an SAP FI/CO Lead Consultant (f/m/d), you will play an important role in our company. They advise the management and management levels of our clients across a wide range of industries. You will play a key role in SAP (S/4HANA) implementation projects for the successful implementation of the project and will be the contact person for the project management, the project team and customer management for challenging or highly sensitive issues in the context of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) or SAP Management Accounting (CO). In particular, your task will include:

• Central responsibility for functional analysis and technical design as well as for implementation (customizing) and migration in the context of demanding S/4 projects
• Leading the teams in the creation of concepts and methods for controlling, standardizing and optimizing business processes
• Assume a central position in the generation and safeguarding of new business
• Participation in bid teams for the preparation and quality assurance of offers
• Assumption of (sub-)project management
• Significant contribution to the further development of our juniors in the context of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and SAP Management Accounting (CO)

You have a degree in economics, (business) informatics, mathematics; alternatively, you have a comparable education. Furthermore, you have already gained more than 7 years of relevant professional experience and have taken on customer responsibility. You have acquired expert knowledge from several customer projects and have excellent experience in consulting and in the technical management of projects. The following points complement your profile:

• Outstanding methodological knowledge in both classic and agile project environments
• Very good integrative system understanding and in-depth knowledge in the application of all relevant processes in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) or SAP Management Accounting (CO)
• Several years of creative collaboration in (large-scale) projects

• Strong market and competitive knowledge as well as understanding of the latest SAP technologies (SAP HANA, cloud solutions, etc.)

• Identify and take advantage of talent cross-selling opportunities
