Senior SAP Developer

As a Senior SAP Technology Consultant & Developer (m/f/d), you make an important contribution to our company's shared success. You advise our customers and develop SAP solution architectures based on SAP HCM/HXM and S/4HANA, on-premise and cloud in heterogeneous system landscapes. You take on a key role in the technically successful conception, consulting and implementation of demanding projects and are the contact person for the project management, the project team and the customer for demanding and highly sensitive issues in the technological environment. Your task in detail:

• Customer consulting and design of the SAP solution architecture with a focus on SAP HCM/HXM and/or S/4 HANA, SAP BTP and UI5 (especially FIORI) as well as ABAP, ABAP OO, interface technologies from and to SAP systems
• Responsibility in the technical conception and implementation of SAP-based solutions, following relevant methods and technical strategies, regulations, standards, security aspects and best practices
• Participation in the generation and securing of new business and in the further development of the portfolio in connection with the use of new technologies, SAP solutions in heterogeneous system landscapes
• Development and implementation of best practices
• Participation in bid teams for the creation and quality assurance of offers
• Contribution to the further development of our junior colleagues in the context of SAP architecture/technologies

In addition to a degree in business/informatics or related disciplines, you have at least 5 years of experience as a consultant and developer with SAP solutions, preferably SAP HCM/HXM, ABAP (OO), SAP BTP, SAP FIORI/UI5. You have acquired your knowledge of digitalization topics and current technology trends (general and related to SAP, especially SAP BTP) in the industry environment (especially public, automotive, health, medium-sized manufacturing companies). Your other skills:

• Solid technology knowledge from other cloud solutions (e.g. microservices and applications on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and web technologies (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js & Node.js) are welcome
• Fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
• Current certification in the SAP subject areas mentioned and in architecture methods is desirable
• With your solution-oriented thinking, you impress in projects and shine with your view of the customer's holistic solution
• You impress with your addressee-related communication skills, your persuasiveness and your team spirit.
