Senior Functional Consultant - Settlement/SAP Transportation Management (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop, support, and optimize country-specific and international transportation management systems (e.g., SAP TM). The role involves managing demand, incident, and problem backlogs, tracking project performance, and ensuring system stability while adhering to service-level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, support, and optimize transportation management systems (e.g., SAP TM).
• Manage product backlog, incidents, and project performance.
• Ensure system stability, compliance, and user enablement.
• Act as a bridge between IT teams, stakeholders, and external providers.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with SAP Transportation Management and freight settlement.
• Strong knowledge of Carrier Collaboration Portal integration and dispute management.
• Expertise in cross-functional business processes and charge calculation.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Degree in IT or equivalent experience, with strong communication skills and willingness to travel.
