DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
The Digital Business Solutions (DBS) department supports all business activities within the organization. It ensures that the company has high-performing processes backed by flexible, autonomous IT systems that evolve with business needs and technological developments.

Within DBS, the ERP team collaborates with HR, Finance, Logistics, and Purchasing to optimize operations and enhance the user experience. The team includes project managers, analysts, and developers responsible for improving and evolving ERP solutions.

We are currently looking for a Functional/Technical Analyst SAP MM & WM, who will report directly to the ERP Team Manager.

YOUR ROLE

As a Functional/Technical Analyst SAP MM & WM, you will:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all requests and incidents related to SAP modules for Logistics and Purchasing.

- Analyze requirements and estimate the workload and cost of changes.

- Evaluate different solution approaches and their impact on current systems.

- Ensure continuity of services and long-term sustainability of implemented solutions.

- Develop or modify systems based on predefined specifications.

- Maintain and update technical and functional documentation.

- Create and execute test plans, supervise testing phases, and oversee solution rollout.

- Monitor and resolve incidents and system issues related to your modules.

YOUR PROFILE

- University degree in IT, engineering, economics, or a related scientific field

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Functional Analyst in SAP MM & WM

- Experience with ABAP, SAP Fiori, or SAP S/4HANA is a plus

- Strong results-oriented mindset

- Well-organized and detail-oriented approach to work

- Flexible and efficient in managing tasks and priorities

- Strong customer orientation with excellent listening and analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in the energy or utilities sector is an asset

- Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of technical English
