About the Role:
A leading global production and manufacturing company is seeking an experienced SAP WM Consultant to join their team based near Antwerp/Ghent. This exciting opportunity offers a unique blend of project work, system enhancements, and ongoing support within a dynamic, logistics-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As an SAP WM/MM Consultant, you’ll take on a multi-faceted role with responsibilities across three main areas:

1. Project Implementation

   • Lead SAP implementations in various European subsidiaries, focusing on SAP WM, MM, and SD.
   • Conduct comprehensive analyses to create documentation, translate business requirements, and evaluate whether to implement WMS.
   • Configure SAP systems, execute initial testing with superusers, and support go-live, including preparing and managing master data.
   • Oversee the implementation of a new WMS System, managing project timelines and ensuring alignment with the company’s logistics needs.

2. System Enhancements

   • Identify and propose solutions for system improvements, configure changes, and oversee programming requirements for upgrades or new module implementations.
   • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure enhancements are effective and aligned with business requirements.

3. Ongoing Support

   • Provide essential post-go-live support, managing issues, and escalating when needed, before gradually transitioning responsibilities to superusers for ongoing support.

Ideal Profile:

• Proven experience as an SAP WM Consultant within a production or logistics-focused organization.
• Expertise in SAP WM/ MM & SD (Nice to have), with a strong understanding of logistics workflows and processes.
• Skilled in SAP system configuration, process analysis, and project management.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with users and stakeholders at various levels.
• Fluent English speaker; additional European languages are a plus.
