I am currently looking for an SAP support team lead for one of my clients in Belgium.
You will be leading the SAP support team of 7 senior SAP experts. As a team you will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the Global SAP system, resolution of incidents and service requests and planning and delivery of change requests and projects.
Next to managing the team, levelling and planning workload you will also be responsible for managing the SAP related external implementation and support partners in line with the agreed upon SLA’s and budgets.
In addition you will act as a business partner for there internal customers and be the key contact for (senior) management to ensure proactive service and long term SAP planning.
Building on your vast SAP experience you will also lead and challenge your team in SAP architectural choices.
Besides the SAP ECC6 system, support is also given on MII, APO, VIM.
You will be working in an international environment with plants and companies in different countries all over the world. The headquarter is located in Antwerp. An onsite presence of 2 to 3 days per week is required, as is occasional travel
Key skills
- Minimum 10 years of SAP experience
- Profound experience (including configuration) in one of the following SAP domains: SD, MM, FI, CO, WM or PP
- Good overall knowledge of SAP processes in the areas of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce, Record to Report
- Experienced in clarifying business requirements and translating this into SAP adaptations
- Team management experience
- Understanding of the authorization concept, technical system requirements, EDI, connectivity between SAP and surrounding systems.
- Able to work well in a cross functional and international team environment
- Experienced in working with external implementation partners
- Good communication skills
- Profound in English (read, write, speak), Dutch is an asset.
