SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Energize SAP is recruiting an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect for a technical services organisation in Nordrhein-Westfalen.


Activities & Responsibilities

• As an IT Solution Architect SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, you will support the global implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, including monitoring the overarching IT configuration and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• You will advise HR departments and international locations on implementation and best practice, and will be available to answer general technical and business questions.
• Both the implementation of training courses for specialists in the national subsidiaries and the support for international roll-outs are in your hands.
• You will be responsible for the worldwide operations of SAP SuccessFactors (third-level support) and will carry out ongoing optimizations and release management to ensure system performance, stability and security.
• Functional and technical understanding of integrations, support optimizations and new projects is a matter of course for you.

Experience & Further Qualifications

• Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, human resources management or a related field as well as at least 3 years of experience in the configuration and application of SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience in implementation projects, preferably in the area of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors or other HR systems
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of process flows with interfaces
• Knowledge of Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT) as well as interface design is an advantage.
• For international coordination with the departments and the global companies, very good English skills are required
