Your Role & Impact
As an HR Process Owner for SAP SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for optimizing and standardizing HR processes across the organization. Your focus will be on the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of HR systems, ensuring they align with business needs and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

System Implementation & Expansion: Support the deployment and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.

Process Development & Optimization: Define, refine, and standardize HR processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Governance & Compliance: Oversee HR and cross-functional processes to ensure alignment with quality, compliance, and risk management standards.

Documentation: Work closely with stakeholders to document HR procedures, ensuring clarity, consistency, and regulatory compliance.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between HR teams and other departments, facilitating requirements gathering, updates, and feedback integration.

Change Management: Drive and support change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication across the organization.

Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to HR teams to enhance system adoption and process efficiency.
Your Profile:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Several years of experience in HR process management and project management.

Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and usage.

Proven ability to manage and execute HR projects.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Fluent English (business proficiency) and basic German skills.
