SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Consultant

Established over 30 years ago, my client houses 600 Consultants in 7 countries across the world. They successfully support the digital transformation of public corporations and offer the best tailored SAP products on the market. They are currently searching for an SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant.

Your Tasks

• Develop and execute the organization's SAP strategy in alignment with overall business goals

• Lead the global roll out of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors

• Build and manage a high-performing team of SAP professionals

• Assist with the implementation, optimization and roll out of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (customizing)

Your Profile

• 5+ years experience of SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors

• Experience managing projects

• Consulting background preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Languages - fluent German
