Freelance Opportunity: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central & Payroll)
We are seeking an experienced freelance SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specialising in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll to join our client's global SuccessFactors implementation project. This role will support a major retail organization in successfully rolling out SuccessFactors across 10 countries, bridging the HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Employee Central and Payroll.
- Facilitate system integrations across HR and IT to support a global rollout.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
- Support the SuccessFactors deployment lifecycle from planning through execution and post-implementation support.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
- Successful track record in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and rollouts.
- Expertise in SuccessFactors integration.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Fluency in German is essential for this role.
- Background in retail sector projects is highly desirable.
Contract Details:
Location: Ulm, Germany
Contract Duration: 12 months (initial)
Weekly Commitment: 3-5 days per week (can be mutually agreed with the customer)
Start Date: December
On-Site Requirement: 1-2 days per week in Ulm; remote for the remaining days
Rate: 102.5 – 125 euros per hour
