Tasks:

• Independently support, develop, and roll out the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, focusing on Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules.
• Capture and manage requirements from the HR department, developing implementation and optimization solutions.
• Develop an implementation plan for migrating existing legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Execute and coordinate test phases, including system integration tests and user acceptance tests.
• Customize and document functional extensions to the systems in use.
• Handle fault reports as part of 2nd level support.

Profile:

• A degree in (business) information technology, economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the HR IT sector.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and application.
• Quick comprehension and understanding of complex connections.
