You have the opportunity to join a leading Global professional services organisation that is at the forefront of SAP/ IT technology, along with your international team from 16 nationalities you will work on the most interesting projects with the newest technologies.

As an SAP HR Consultant you will get the opportunity to support customers in maintaining & transforming their SAP HR landscape to S/4HANA or SuccessFactors, taking into account the integrations with other systems.

Core responsibilities:

• Drive SAP HR expertise
• Guiding our customers in the transformation of their SAP HR landscape to S/4HANA or SuccessFactors
• Lead end-to-end implementation from requirements gathering through build/configuration, testing, data migration towards deployment and training.
• Preparation: gather requirements, advise on the solution possibilities, demonstrate SuccessFactors, present the overall solution during workshops with the client.
• Realization: guide the customer on its business challenges, design HR processes, configure the requirements and processes in SuccessFactors and execute testing together with the client.
• Training: help the customer to understand the implemented solution, both from business and technical point of view, prepare training material.
• Deploy: build a long-term sustainable relationship with the clients.
