Key Responsibilities:

• SAP CS Module Expertise:

  • Lead and manage the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of SAP CS modules.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP CS functionalities, integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PM, etc.), and best practices.

• Business Process Analysis:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP CS solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient with the SAP CS module.

• System Support and Troubleshooting:

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the SAP CS module, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure system performance is optimized and aligned with business goals.

• Project Management:

  • Manage SAP CS-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP developments and incorporate new functionalities that could benefit the organization.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP CS module, including configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Proven experience in managing SAP projects, preferably in a manufacturing or service-oriented environment.

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SAP integration points with other modules (SD, MM, PM).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
