We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Inhouse SAP SD/MM Consultant to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our SAP landscape.
Key Responsibilities:

SAP SD/MM Module Management:
- Lead the configuration, customization, and enhancement of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules.
- Ensure seamless integration between SD/MM and other SAP modules.

Process Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize business processes within the SAP environment to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Project Management:
- Lead and participate in SAP-related projects, from requirement gathering and blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.

User Support and Training:
- Provide expert-level support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user knowledge and proficiency in SAP SD/MM.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a liaison between the IT department and business units, understanding their needs and translating them into technical solutions.
- Work closely with external SAP consultants and vendors when necessary.
Qualifications:

Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD/MM modules.
- Proven track record in SAP project management and process optimization.
- Strong understanding of business processes in Sales, Distribution, and Materials Management.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SAP SD and MM configuration, customization, and integration.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Basic understanding of ABAP programming is advantageous.

Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
