We are currently seeking an experienced SAP SD Project Lead to join our client’s team. Position Overview:

As the SAP SD Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of the SAP SD module. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure that the SAP SD solutions align with business goals and drive operational efficiency within the automotive sector.

Tasks:

• Project Management: Lead SAP SD implementation and enhancement projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure on-time and successful delivery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and align SAP SD solutions with business objectives.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and implement SAP SD solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of automotive sales and distribution processes.
• Customization and Configuration: Customize SAP SD functionalities, including pricing, billing, order management, and distribution logistics, to optimize business operations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the project lifecycle and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project alignment and effective collaboration.
• Training and Support: Oversee the training of end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure the effective utilization of SAP SD solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve existing SAP SD processes to enhance efficiency and performance within the organization.

Profile:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant or Project Lead, with a strong understanding of SAP SD modules and functionalities in the automotive industry.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP SD configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive industry processes, including order-to-cash, distribution logistics, and pricing strategies.
• Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Language Proficiency: Minimum German language skills at level B2 and fluent English.
• Residency Requirement: Apply only if currently living and working in Germany.
