SAP SD/CRM Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Develop and provide consultancy for the SAP SD module.
• Enhance and evolve the CRM system, including the SAP Sales & Service Cloud.
• Identify, assess, and implement requirements in collaboration with sales, marketing, and service departments.
• Manage projects or sub-projects related to sales and customer engagement processes.
• Monitor system operations, resolve technical issues, and support users of existing systems.

Profile Requirements:

• Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field.
• Proficiency in the SAP SD module.
• Preferable experience in implementing sales processes within CRM systems, particularly SAP Sales & Service Cloud.
• Self-motivated with a solutions-focused approach to tasks.
• Strong teamwork abilities paired with a structured and systematic work methodology.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English.
