SAP Project Systems Business Process Manager

We are currently expanding our team and seeking an experienced SAP PS (Project Systems) Consultant to join our in-house team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful projects and enhance our project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary expert for SAP PS (Project Systems) within the company, providing guidance and support for project management processes.
• Analyze and optimize project management processes, including project planning, execution, and monitoring, using SAP PS modules.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP PS solutions to meet specific project and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective integration of SAP PS with other SAP modules and business systems.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Provide training and support to end-users, helping them maximize the benefits of SAP PS functionalities.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP developments and project management best practices, advising on potential improvements and upgrades.
• Manage and lead projects from initial analysis through to implementation and post-implementation support, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP PS modules, including configuration, implementation, and support.
• Strong understanding of project management processes and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to designing solutions that align with business needs.
• Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to various company locations as required.
