SAP Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects for both new and existing clients in Belgium, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of each initiative. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to develop a tailored project plan for the implementation and deployment of our solutions. Your responsibilities include tracking progress, ensuring that objectives such as scope, timeline, budget, and quality are met while upholding governance standards and ensuring client satisfaction. Managing scope changes and monitoring requests are essential aspects of your role.

You will work in collaboration with all project teams, both on the client side and internally, to refine our project methodology to fit the specific needs of each project. A key part of your role will be motivating, coordinating, and providing support to all team members involved. As the project leader, you will oversee the entire project’s progress, from planning to internal and external reporting, and ensure the invoicing is managed according to the agreed milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, for clients in Belgium.
• Define project plans in collaboration with the client and internal teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee project progress, including monitoring scope, managing changes, and ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Foster collaboration between all teams involved, ensuring continuous improvement of project methodologies and processes.
• Provide leadership and support to all project participants, driving motivation and commitment throughout the project.
• Manage reporting for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely updates on project status.
• Ensure accurate invoicing based on project milestones.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP.
• Proficient in Dutch (spoken and written).
• An interest in the healthcare sector, and familiarity with the hospital environment is a plus.
• Strong client-facing skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lead, take charge, and drive projects to completion.
• Excellent prioritization skills, with an ability to manage both the big picture and fine details.
• Empathetic and solution-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently and flexible with regards to location and hours.
