Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
- Oversee SAP project delivery: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet the agreed scope, quality, budget, and timelines as per the customer’s proposal.
- Lead cross-functional teams: Collaborate with SAP consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.
Stakeholder Management
- Customer communication: Ensure regular communication with clients, addressing their needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team leadership: Guide and support a development team of 10-15 SAP experts, focusing on people management, without getting bogged down by paperwork.
Quality Assurance & Solution Integrity
- Maintain solution quality: Guarantee the integrity and quality of technical solutions both for the client and internally.
Documentation & Presentation
- Technical documentation: Oversee the creation of project and solution documentation, including design and architecture files.
- Solution validation: Present proposed solutions to customers and ensure their approval.
