Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget, while managing project risks and issues effectively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with existing systems and processes.
• Oversee the configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP modules, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices.
• Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Provide leadership and support to project teams, including coaching, mentoring, and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP developments and industry trends, applying this knowledge to enhance project outcomes and deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing SAP projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration with business processes.
• Excellent project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to various company locations as required.
