SAP Project Manager

One of my best client’s is undertaking a significant program to roll out S/4 HANA across all its entities, ensuring it’s a unified platform. So, I am looking for a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to oversee this extensive implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the implementation partner, Delaware, to manage the project plan and project scope, ensuring activities are executed as per the plan. Oversee and manage the project stage gates between key phases.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain close collaboration with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and key users, ensuring effective communication and alignment. Work closely with the VP of IT & Digitalization to align project goals and deliverables.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to ensure project continuity.
• Budget Control: Monitor and control the project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
• Project status reporting
• Steering Committees and Documentation:  Organize and lead steering committee meetings, documenting minutes and key decisions for transparency and accountability.
• Manage the Change Request process.
• SIT (System Integration Testing) Coordination
• UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Coordination
• Interface Management
• Cutover / Deployment  coordination

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management; with at least 1 full S4 HANA implementation project lifecycles.
• Proficiency in the coordination of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the SAP project lifecycle.
• Previous experience in developing and execution a SAP cutover plan.
• Familiarity in managing SAP interfaces and third-party integrations.

Details:

• Start Date: 1^st September
• Duration: Until 1^st May 2025 but with possibility to extend for the continuation of the roll out (end 2026).
• Location: North Brussels (Hybrid)
